Data Ingestion and Schema Validation

Data Core ingests data from all your sources to build live customer profiles. It then activates that data across journeys, personalisation, and analytics - while continuously enriching and pushing data back to your ecosystem.
 

Identity Resolution and Deduplication

Taguchi applies configurable deduplication rules to identify and merge duplicate subscriber profiles across data sources, using external ID matching as the primary key. This ensures that when data arrives from multiple sources (e.g. a CRM, a ticketing platform, and a web form), it is consolidated into a single, accurate subscriber record rather than creating duplicate entries that would dilute segmentation accuracy.

Audience Creation and Activation

Once data is unified, Taguchi’s real-time segmentation engine allows audiences to be built and managed automatically using any combination of profile attributes, behavioural data (opens, clicks, purchases, page visits), engagement scores, geographic data, and predictive CLV models. Segments update dynamically as data changes — no manual list management is required.
 

 

 


Profile unification

Taguchi's Unique Subscription Enforcement automatically ensures only one profile per phone number stays active on your list, with a daily batch clean-up for existing duplicates.

You can do this for email too, or a mix of both. For example, if a contact has two profiles - a work and personal email, both linked to the same mobile number - you're not sending duplicate SMS messages. One customer, one identifier, one message .

 


Audience count and performance

Taguchi automatically refreshes your audience daily, identifying all subscribers who meet your defined criteria. 

This provides a clear, up-to-date view of audience size, behaviour, and how membership evolves over time - helping you track performance and uncover trends with confidence.
